NEW THIS YEAR: Ministry Fair, Banquet, Concert with "Three and Company" Recording musical artists on Thursday, May 28th.
Registration CLOSES May 7th, 2026
Held at Deer Valley Meadows
Steps to Register:
- Begin by selecting Event and Meal Package or if Day Attendee only select either Wednesday or Thursday. The banquet and concert are Thursday evening.
- Each attendee must be registered.
- Add your Contact info or update what is on file.
- SCROLL down to the Add-on section, this is where you will be able to find the list of accommodation options, make your selection and scroll to the bottom and click on SUBMIT.
- Complete the additional information section, move to the bottom of the screen and click on NEXT.
- Review your registration and fill in your credit card information then click on MAKE PAYMENT.

Cancellations will be refunded (minus a $25 charge) until May 7, 2026. No refund after May 7.
